How do the services work?
A
logon is “used” when a person has been given a
user name and password, and listed in the
customers Project Area.
The person who has been assigned a logon can
then be given access to any or all of the
individual projects. There is no limit to the
number of projects that each logon can access.
As long as the person is registered in the
Project Area, that logon will be considered
"active."
The number of logons you will need is equal to
the number of people who need access to the
project information at any one time, and can be
shuffled between people on an as-needed basis.

What can I expect
for my "ROI" (return on investment)?
Your ROI will depend on what methods you
currently use and what you plan to use. Here are
some possibilities:
-
Do you currently print documents locally and
then send packages to multiple recipients?
This will be significantly reduced by using
a Project Website.
-
Do you currently have multiple sets of
drawings on file? One up-to-date, one with
all the revisions, and one for each
contractor? They can be stored and accessed
securely on a Project Website.
-
Do you lose time and money to problems
caused by members not having up to date
information? With a Project Website, all of
the information is located so everyone
always has access to the most up-to-date
information.
-
Do you spend excessive time sending RFI's
and other kinds of documentation back and
forth trying to get issues resolved? With a
Project Website, all forms are handled
electronically, and linked to other forms,
and logged automatically so notifications of
changes are sent automatically.
Most members find their investment in Project
Websites yields them not only a very quick ROI,
but they also end up saving substantially on
their first project.
